"among the gum trees"

This pair of Cremation Urns were commissioned pieces from a good friend who recently lost her mom. With her Australian roots she requested I make these from Australian Red Gum Eucalyptus as her home she grew up in was surrounded by these gum trees. She asked for a simplistic design and one where she could place flowers or figs on top. I was so very pleased to be able to make these for her and her sister and so very honored she entrusted me to do so.
